摘要
为提高凸轮表面和从动件端部的接触疲劳强度和耐磨性,采取了减小凸轮和从动件的接触应力,根据凸轮机构所受载荷选择合理的基圆半径、滚子型号和尺寸,选择适宜的凸轮和从动件的配对材料及表面处理方式,从从动件相对于机架的运动形式和从动件的支承方式入手改善凸轮机构结构设计,合理选择凸轮机构设计参数从而增加油膜弹流厚度,改善凸轮机构表面润滑状态等措施,分析结果表明,以上措施能有效地提高凸轮机构的强度和耐磨性。
Some measures can be taken to improve the contact fatigue strength and wear resistance between the cam surface and the end of the follower. It includes reducing the contact stress between the cam and the follower, according to the load of the cam mechanism to select the reasonable radius of base circle, roller type and size, selecting suitable surface treatment and suitable materials of cam and follower, improving the structure design of the cam mechanism from the motion form and the sup- port way of the follower, improving the lubrication state of cam mechanism surface by selecting the design parameters of cam mechanism reasonably to increase the oil film thickness, etc. The analysis results show that the above measures can effectively improve the strength and wear resistance of cam mechanism.
