摘要
为筛选出马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基(PDA)与沼液配比培养食用菌的适宜培养基组合,选用PDA与沼液按一定体积比例(10∶0、9∶1、7∶3、5∶5、3∶7)配比作食用菌母种培养基,进行杏鲍菇、白灵菇、茶树菇、香菇和平菇5种食用菌母种培养基筛选试验。结果表明:PDA与沼液配比为10∶0、9∶1、5∶5、3∶7、7∶3时分别适宜香菇、平菇、杏鲍菇、杨树姑和白灵菇菌丝的生长,平均生长速度分别为8.59mm/d、17.28mm/d、12.10mm/d、11.04mm/d和14.71mm/d。
Five edible mushrooms of Lentinus edodes, Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus eryngii, Agrocybe aegerita and Pleurotus nebrodensis were cultured on potato dextrose agar medium (PDA) and biogas slurry mixed media with different volume proportion (10 : 0, 9 : 1; 7 : 3, 5 : 5 and 3 : 7) to screen the optimum proportion combination of PDA and biogas slurry for culture of edible mushrooms. Results: The PDA and biogas slurry mixed medium with volume proportion of 10 : 1, 9 : 1, 5 : 5, 3 : 7 and 7 : 3 is suitable for mycelial growth of L. edodes, P. ostreatus, P. eryngii, A. aegerita and P. nebrodensis respectively and their daily mean growth rate is 8.59 mm/d, 17.28 mm/d, 12.10 mm/d, 11.04 mm/d and 14.71 mm/d separately.
