摘要 设计了一种基于PLC的智能粮仓环流熏蒸系统,根据给定量参数的闭环控制方法,通过植入智能控制设备和传感检测设备,远程控制施药装置、环流熏蒸机及施药管道阀门,实现对粮仓内关键位置的PH_3(磷化氢气体)浓度和温湿度进行远程监控、自动调节。实验验证了该控制系统在智能粮仓环流熏蒸远程监控中具有可行性和可操作性,适用于未来建立大型智能无人化仓库管理系统。 In this paper, an intelligent closed -loop fumigation system for grain depot is designed. Base on the closed - loop control method of given parameter, the concentration of PH3 , the temperature and humidity ( hydrogen phosphide gas) in the key position of grain depot are controlled remotely and adjusted automatically by an embedding intelligent controller, detecting sensors, remote -controlled drug delivery devices. Test shows that this control system is feasible and of operability in the remote control of closed - loop fumigation system for the intelligent grain depot and is applicable to large - size intelligent unattended depot management system built in future.
