摘要
高校是网络技术发展的最前沿,大学生是网络的主要使用群体,在日益复杂的网络环境下,如何做好高校学生的管理工作,让他们健康文明地利用好网络是目前高校学生管理迫在眉睫的课题。文章对网络背景下高职学生管理问题进行了探讨,提出高校学生管理工作者必须认清形势,了解学生管理工作的新特点,不断更新管理理念,改变传统的管理模式和管理手段,积极探索新的管理工作方法和机制,更好地适应网络时代的要求。
The university is at the forefront of the development of network technology, and college students are the main users of the Internet. In an increasingly complex network environment, how to do the management work of students in higher education and to let them to make good use of the network healthily is the imminent subject to the management of university students. This paper discusses the management of higher vocational college students and puts forward that college student management workers must recognize the situation, understand the new characteristics of student management, constantly update management concept, change the traditional management mode and management methods, and actively explore the new management methods and new mechanism, to better adapt to the demand of the era of network.
