摘要
本文主要探讨CEO变革型领导行为与组织惯例更新的关系以及环境不确定性的调节效应。基于上海、新疆、山东三省市201家企业高层管理人员的数据分析,研究结果表明:CEO变革型领导行为能够显著影响组织惯例更新的进程;组织学习倾向在CEO变革型领导行为与组织惯例更新之间起着中介效应;环境不确定性在CEO变革型领导行为与组织惯例更新之间起着调节效应。这些研究结果在理清组织惯例更新机制,丰富领导行为研究成果的同时,对企业管理实践具有一定的指导意义。
This paper discusses the three influencing factors about organizational routines: CEO transformation leadership, learning orientation and environmental uncertainty, and thinks that the transformation leadership behavior and learning orientation can significantly affect the organizational routines updating. This paper gets the samples of 201 senior managers from Shanghai, Xinjiang, Shandong. Hierarchical regression analyses on the research data shows that: the CEO transformational leadership behavior and learning orientation have a significantly positive impact on the organizational routines updating; Learning orientation play an intermediary roles between the transformational leadership behavior and the organizational routines updating; Environmental Uncertainty plays moderating effect between the transformational leadership behavior and the organizational routines updating. This study clarifies the relationship between CEO transformational leadership behavior and organizational routines updating, and enriches the theory of leadership behavior, besides, the findings tutor the action of corporate practice.
