摘要
论述了常规门架式双刮板取料机悬臂悬挂吊点的设计缺陷,针对该部分的结构进行了受力分析和改进,通过计算验证了改进后的悬臂悬挂能更好地满足相应的钢度和强度要求,并通过ANSYS仿真分析,进一步验证了悬臂悬挂吊点改进后的可靠性。
The design defects of cantilever hoisting point of conventional gantry double scraper reclaimer are presented. Force analysis and improvement of the structure of the parts are carried out. The calculated cantilever suspension can better meet the corresponding stiffness and strength requirements. Through ANSYS simulation results,it further validates the reliability of cantilever suspension lifting point.
