工业气体的应用范围广泛,包括化学工业、医疗卫生、冶金、采矿、半导体工业等。其中CO_2多用于化工、焊接、制冷、化纤、农业和食品添加剂行业中,而高纯CO_2多用于标准气体的制备。本文介绍一种通过精馏塔装置对CO_2进行纯化的工艺技术,采用此项技术可使CO_2气体纯度≥99.999%,满足市场对高纯CO_2气体的需求。
Industrial gas has a wide range of application, includes chemical industry, medical and health, metallurgy, mining, semiconductor industry, and so on. Among them, CO2 is used for chemical industry, welding, refrigeration, chemical fiber, agricultural and food additives industry. High purity CO2 is used for the preparation of standard gases. A process analysis of CO2 purification through a rectification column was presented. The use of this technology can make CO2 gas purity 299. 999% , in order to meet the market demand for high purity CO2 gas.
