摘要
近年来,民间金融作为我国金融体系中的一个重要组成部分,以其强大的经济适应性和生命力,在中小企业和农户的融资中发挥了重要的作用。但由于民间金融体系的内在复杂性,容易引发各种金融风险,对区域经济产生消极影响。本文对民间金融的界定、内生性及风险等国内外研究成果进行了梳理,以期为民间金融的理论研究与实践探索提供借鉴。
In recent years,the civil finance,as an important part of China’s financial system,plays an important role in financing for SMEs and farmers due to its greater economic adaptability and vitality.However,as a result of the inherent complexity of the civil finance system,it is prone to trigger various financial risks and thus has negative impact on regional economy.This article sums up Chinese and foreign research findings on the definition,characteristics,endogeneity and symbiosis,development and risk measurement of nongovernmental finance,so as to provide reference for theoretical research and application of nongovernmental finance.
