摘要
目的结合西部地区突发性自然灾害发生的特点和危害,分析农户对突发性自然灾害的感知和应灾行为选择,提出适合宝鸡地区有效的救助模式和相关的政策建议。方法通过问卷调查和实地走访有关农户,采用SPSS22.0软件对问卷进行数据统计和分析。结果与结论 (1)对农业影响最为严重的突发性自然灾害是干旱;干旱对农业造成损失的主要原因是农业基础设施落后;农户目前获取信息的主要渠道是靠经验积累。(2)从农户视角对政府和社会调研、分析和统计得出:突发性自然灾害对生活的影响程度非常严重。(3)突发性自然灾害发生后农户采取的行为是积极施救降低损失。
Purposes--To analyze the farmers＂ perception of sudden natural disasters and their choices of behaviors to cope with disasters according to the characteristics of the sudden natural disas- ters and hazards that happened i.n the western region of Baoji City, Shaanxi, China, and to put for- ward effective rescue modes suitable for Baoji region and relevant policy recommendations. Methods-- After visiting farmers and making questionnaires on the spot, SPSS22.0 software is used to sort out and analyze the data from the questionnaires. Results and Conclusions--（1） The sudden natural disas- ter that has most serious impact on agriculture is drought; the reason why drought can bring loss tO agriculture is that agricultural infrastructures fall behind and that farm households currently have ac- cess to information by the accumulation of experience; （2） the impact of sudden natural disasters on life is very serious from the perspective of farmers, surveys made by governments and society, analy- sis and statistics; （3） when sudden natural disasters happen, the actions taken by farmers are to ac- tively go to the rescue for the lowest loss.
