摘要
提出了一种用金属氧化物半导体场效应管(MOSFET)来实现电源滞后供给的设计,它实现简单、稳定可靠、方便易用,同时,因MOSFET的封装较小,节约了电路板面积,提高了可靠性。本设计已经成功应用于某航电系统中,性能稳定可靠。
power supply delay design method using MOSFET is introduced .The design realizes easily and can work reliably. Meanwhile, as MOSFET has small package, the PCB can be designed smaller and smaller, which can improve the reliability of the products. This design has been applied to avionics system successfully and has been working reliably and stably.
