摘要
目的:对近年肝切除术中肝血流阻断方式研究进展进行探讨,为求能在肝切除手术中正确合理的选择肝血流阻断方式。方法:收集近年来肝切除术中肝血流阻断方式进行比较。结论:肝血流阻断方式多种多样,各种方式有其优缺点,在进行肝切除术中根据临床需要以及手术方式的要求进行综合考虑,已选择合适的阻断方式。
Objective：To research progress in recent years,liver resection of liver blood flow blocking way, in order to can correct and reasonable choice in hepatic surgery of liver blood flow blocking the way.Methods：The liver resection of liver blood flow in recent years were collected blocking the way.Conclusion：Hepatic blood flow blocking way is varied, all kinds of ways has its advantages and disadvantages,in a liver resection, according to clinical needs and the way of the operation to carry on the comprehensive consideration, have to choose the right means of blocking.
