经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及安全性评价 被引量：4

摘要 探讨经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效及安全性。选取63例LDH患者,入院后均采用经皮椎间孔镜技术进行治疗,观察治疗效果及术后并发症发生率。63例中治愈37例、显效12例、有效11例、无效3例,总有效率为95.24%;术后随访3个月,复发率为1.59%,未出现永久性神经损伤、大血管损伤、椎间隙感染、硬脊膜囊撕裂、脊柱不稳等严重并发症病例,仅出现3例口神经根支配区感觉异常,发生率为4.76%,经处理后逐渐恢复。给予LDH经皮椎间孔镜技术治疗,有利于患者腰椎功能改善,临床效果显著,且具有一定安全性。
