摘要
目的:研究地屈孕酮对排卵障碍型异常子宫出血(AUB-O)的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2013年1月至2015年1月在我院接受治疗的AUB-O患者80例,用计算机产生随机数的方法分为A、B两组,每组40例,A组给予小剂量米非司酮,B组给予地屈孕酮治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组患者的月经量、子宫内膜厚度及Hb浓度均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),而B组改善幅度更大,与A组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组治疗总有效率高于A组(P<0.05);B组不良反应发生率低于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮和地屈孕酮均可有效治疗AUB-O,但后者在减少月经量和子宫内膜厚度、提高Hb浓度以及减少不良反应方面,更具优势,值得推荐。
Objective：To research the clinical efficacy of dydrogesterone in the abnormal uterine bleeding of Ovulation disorder type （AUB-O）.Methods： 80 patients with AUB-O who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were divided into A and B groups with the method of random number table, 40 patients in each group.Group A was received low-dose Mifepristone and group B was treated with Dydrogesterone, the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results： After treatment, the menstrual blood volume, two groups of patients with endometrial thickness and Hb concentration were significantly improved after treatment （P〈0.05）, and group B improved more significantly, and group A had significant difference （P〈0.05）;group B total effective rate was significantly higher than that of A group （P〈0.05）;the incidence of adverse reactions in group B significantly lower than group A （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Mifepristone and Dydrogesterone can effectively treat AUB-O, but the latter is more advantageous in reducing menstrual quantity, endometrial thickness and adverse reactions, and increasing Hb concentration, is worth a recommendation.
