摘要
目的:观察护肾痛风泰颗粒剂治疗痰瘀痹阻型慢性痛风的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年4月—2015年10月本院门诊及住院治疗的慢性痛风患者120例,按随机数字表分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予别嘌呤醇片治疗,治疗组给予护肾痛风泰颗粒剂治疗。结果:治疗组有效率93.33%,对照组有效率80.00%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血尿酸、血沉、VAS评分、关节功能改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护肾痛风泰颗粒剂治疗痰瘀痹阻型慢性痛风疗效显著,能改善患者生存质量,复发率低,不良反应小。
Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of HushenTongfengtai Granules （HSTFTG） on chronic gout of phlegm and blood stasis obstruction type. Methods：One hundred and twenty patients with chronic gout who were treated in our hospital＇s outpatient department and wards between April 2013 and Oct. 2015 were chosen as the research subjects, and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given allopurinol tablets for treatment, while the ones in the treatment group were trea^d with HSTFTG. Re- suits ：The effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%, while that of the control group was 80%, and the treatment group was better than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment group＇s improvement situation in serum uric acid ,ESR, VAS score, joint function was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： HSTFTG has a remarkable clinical curative effect on chronic gout, can improve the quality of life of patients, the recurrence rate is low, and has small side effects.
