摘要
可靠性是核电厂安全级DCS的重要指标,目前均利用已知或假定的单个组件的失效概率和系统故障特性,结合系统数学模型对核电厂安全级DCS进行系统级可靠性分析,组件级产品失效概率将直接影响系统级分析结果。为了进一步提升组件产品数据的准确性,本文提出了一种基于阿伦尼斯加速模型的组件级产品可靠性验证的试验方案,实现对组件级产品可靠性指标的定量验证,进而为核电厂安全级DCS系统级可靠性评估提供可信的底层数据。
Reliability is an important indicator of nuclear power plant safety DCS, and currently the system reliability of the nuclear power plant safety DCS is analyzed combined with the mathematical model of the system through using the failure probability and failure characteristics of individual components of known or assumed. The component failure probability of products will directly affect the system analysis results. In order to improve the accuracy of the component of product data, this paper based on Arrhenius acceleration model proposes a component reliability test scheme, realizes the quantitative validation of the reliability of the component, and provides the credible data for the nuclear power plant safety DCS system reliability evaluation.
