摘要
基于ARM设计一种多通道的数据采集系统,可以实现普通数据采集、高精度数据采集、高速数据采集、分通道计数的数据处理方法。系统利用A/D采集模块采集不同频率的输入电压信号;以ARM–Cortex-A9为主控制器,将数据处理后,通过显示模块实时显示,并通过SD卡实现数据存储;通过以太网传送给PC上位机,实现远程数据采集和分析。试验表明:该系统能采集较宽频率范围的电压信号,并能够进行适当的程序控制,具有较好的通用性、实时性和可靠性。
Based on ARM, a multi-channel data acquisition system is designed, which can realize the data processing method of ordinary data acquisition, high-precision data acquisition, high-speed data acquisition and sub-channel counting.The system uses the A/D acquisition module to collect the input voltage signals of different frequencies.The ARM-cortex-A9 is the main controller, the data is processed and displayed in real time through the display module, and the data is stored through the SD card.Through the Ethemet transmission to the PC, to achieve remote data acquisition and analysis.The experiment shows that the system can collect the voltage signal in the wide frequency range and can carry on the appropriate algorithm processing, has the good versatility, the real-time and the reliability.
