摘要
随着城市建设速度的不断加快,城市扩建范围不断延伸,道路施工项目也日趋复杂,加强施工管理成为施工单位的重要工作。目前,道路施工管理现状并不乐观,需要施工单位针对其中存在的问题积极探索有效的改善方案。论文分析道路施工管理的现状,并提出改善方案,以供参考。
With the accelerating speed of urban construction, the extension of urban expansion and the increasing complexity of road construction projects, strengthening the construction management becomes the important work of construction units. At present, the status of road construction management is not optimistic, the need for the construction unit for the problems which exist actively explore effective improvement programs. Paper analyzes the status of road construction management, then puts forward the improvement measures, for reference.
