摘要
针对当前国内汽车发动机气门生产效率和信息化水平低等问题,本文基于信息化技术,构建汽车发动机气门生产全流程信息化系统。通过发动机气门数字化设计技术、制造车间实时任务调度优化技术和生产过程质量信息全程追溯技术,全面提升发动机气门生产信息化管理水平,从而提升生产效率与质量。
Aiming at the problems of the low level of production efficiency and information, this paper constructs the whole process information system of automobile engine valve production, based on the information technology. Through the engine valve digital design technology, manufacturing workshop real-time task scheduling optimization technology and the whole process traceability of quality information in production process technology, the engine valve production information management level can be fully improved, so as to enhance the production efficiency and quality.
