摘要
通过对热处理中心现有设备及工艺进行研究,查找造成质量问题的主要原因,在最少投入的情况下对现有淬火系统进行问题分析,确定升级改造关键点。在对原有室外淬火介质冷却系统进行改造的同时,增加了电控系统、内循环系统,以达到提高淬火质量和生产效率的目的。
Through the research of the existing equipment and process of the heat treatment center, find the main reasons causing quality problems; in the case of the least input, analyze the problems in the existing quenching system to determine the key upgrade and transformation points; increase electrical control system and internal circulation system while transforming the original outdoor quenching-medium cooling system, in order to upgrade quenching quality and production efficiency.
