摘要
阐述了掘进机机载临时支护的结构和控制原理,由于动力源来自掘进液压系统,只有掘进机液压系统工作临时支护才能操作,这就给操作带来安全隐患。本系统通过引入2个控制阀,把掘进机液压系统和临时支护液压系统分别运行,并且互锁,消除安全隐患。
Expounding the roadheader temporary supporting structure and control principle, because the power source of temporary supporting the hydraulic system from roadheader hydraulic system, only roadheader operation,hydraulic system temporary supporting can work, which will bring hidden dangers to the operation. By introducing two control valves, the hydraulic system of the roadheader and the temporary support hydraulic system are operated separately, and the safety problems are eliminated.
