摘要 为了探讨新建桥梁跨越既有线、河流等复杂环境下的转体施工问题,以广清城际铁路中的银盏河大桥连续梁施工为例,对主墩承台基坑止水及防护、转体称重配重试验及转体操作工艺等方面进行了论述。考虑到该项目周边环境复杂,最终采用帷幕注浆解决了渗水土止水问题,采用钢筋混凝土围堰防护等措施保障了桥梁下部结构、转体结构、连续梁及转体的顺利施工,同时保障既有线的安全运营。 In order to explore the construction of new bridge across the existing lines, rivers and other complex environment using the swing method, waterproof and protection of the foundation pit of main pier, the weighing test and operation process for the swing were related by taking the construction of the continuous beam of the Yinzhan River Bridge on Guangzhou-Qingyuan Intercity Railway as an example. Taking into account the complexity of the surrounding environment of the project, the curtain grouting was applied to solve the problem of water seepage. The protection of reinforced concrete cofferdam and other measures were also applied to protect the lower structure of the bridge, the swing structure, the continuous beam and make sure of the smooth construction while keeping the operation of existing lines in safety.
