摘要
高等教育特别是高职院校自身发展凸显的问题,决定了高职院校依法治校的必要性。高职院校与内部学生、教师关系以及与外部政府、企业、社区之间的利益相关主体关系如何,将对高职院校自身发展产生重大而深远的影响。对高职院校利益相关主体行为关系进行分析,完善其内外部关系治理,以实现高职院校可持续发展战略。
Higher education, especially vocational school development highlights the problem, determine the necessity of Vocational Colleges according to law school. The relationship between vocational college students and teachers, as well as the interests of the government, enterprises and communities, will have a significant and far-reaching impact on the development of vocational col- leges. On the analysis of the relationship between the interests of vocational colleges, improve the relationship between internal and external governance, in order to achieve the sustainable development strategy of Vocational colleges.
