摘要
景观在国外的研究已经趋近于成熟,近些年在国内的使用也越来越广泛,各种关于景观的设计和规划层出不穷,各种景观评价方法也被用于各种景观的美景度评价之中.本文对景观评价中的描述景观指标法、公众偏好法和整体量化法三种主要景观评价方法及其所包涵的模型进行了回顾,描述景观指标法更加具有科学性,公众偏好法更贴近普通群众的景观审美意向,整体量化法通过多元回归分析定量描述更加具有真实性,但是这几种方法都存在一定的不确定性、任意性,影响结果的准确性.最后对景观评价方法及评价技术的未来发展趋势做出总结,虚拟现实技术是景观评价发展的必然趋势.
Research on landscape had already tended to be mature abroad, and the use of landscape in the domestic also was more and more widely. All kinds of landscape planning and designing emerged one after another, and various landscape evaluation methods were also used in scenic beauty estimation of landscape. This paper mainly reviewed descriptive inventories method, public preference method, quantitative holistic method and some evaluation models of the three methods. Descriptive inventories method was more scientific, public preference method was closer to landscape esthetics of human, quantitative holistic method was more authentic by quantitative description of multivariate regression analysis. A summary of the development trend of landscape evaluation methods and evaluation technology was made in the end.
