摘要 目的 探讨膜联蛋白A7(ANXA7)在子宫内膜异位症(内异症)内膜组织中的表达及意义。方法 分别采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应、免疫组织化学和蛋白质印迹法检测50例内异症患者(内异症组)的在位内膜、异位内膜及47例非子宫内膜异位症患者(对照组)内膜组织中ANXA7 mRNA及蛋白表达情况,组间进行比较。结果 内异症组患者在位内膜及异位内膜ANXA7 mRNA水平增生期较同期对照组分别增加(2.530±0.119)、(5.060±0.197)倍,分泌期分别增加(3.680±0.134)、(4.250±0.285)倍,与对照组[(1.000±0.009)、(1.000±0.015)倍]比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05);对照组内膜、内异症在位内膜及异位内膜增生期ANXA7蛋白表达分别为0.129±0.012、0.484±0.028、0.479±0.033,分泌期分别为0.166±0.022、0.453±0.036、0.430±0.031,内异症各组高于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论 ANXA7高表达可能在子宫内膜异位症的发生发展中发挥作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of Annexin A7(ANXA7) in human endometriosis tissue and its significance. Methods Real-time polymerase chain reaction, immunohistochemistry and western blot test were used to detect expressions of ANXA7 mRNA and protein in eutopic and ectopic endometrial tissues of 50 patients with endometriosis and 47 normal endometrial tissues without endometriosis(control group). Results The fold change of ANXA7 mRNA level in eutopic and ectopic endometrial tissues were significantly higher than that in control group[proliferative phase: (2.530±0.119), (5.060±0.197)vs (1.000±0.009); secretory phase: (3.680±0.134), (4.250±0.285) vs (1.000±0.015)](P〈0.05). The expression of ANXA7 protein in eutopic and ectopic endometrial tissues was significantly higher than that in control group[proliferative phase:(0.484±0.028),(0.479±0.033) vs (0.129±0.012); secretory phase:(0.453±0.036),(0.430±0.031) vs (0.166±0.022)]. Conclusion High expression of ANXA7 may play a role in occurrence and development of endometriosis.
