摘要
土壤盐渍化是制约全球农业生产的重要因素,掌握植物耐盐的分子机制对提高植物抗盐性和培育耐盐新品种具有重要意义。植物耐盐的分子机制非常复杂,涉及到大量的诱导基因及多条信号转导途径。近些年随着生物技术的发展,有关这些机制的分子生物学解释已取得了很大的进展。本文分析了前人的研究,从植物盐胁迫早期信号的传导过程、基因表达与调控,盐诱导相关基因的鉴定和功能分析等多个方面对近年来耐盐分子机制的研究进行了综述。同时我们还对现阶段存在的问题进行了分析,对未来的研究方向进行了展望。
Soil salinization is a crucial factor that restricted the agricultural development.It is meaningful to explore the mechanisms of plant salt tolerance,improve plant salt resistance and then cultivate new salttolerance varieties.The molecular mechanism of salt tolerance in plant is very complicated,which involves many salt-inducible genes and multiply signaling transduction pathways.Up to now day,with the development of biotechnology,large number of explanation of these mechanisms have been elucidated.We reviewed previous researches on plant stress response molecular mechanisms in salt tolerance from the signaling transduction,expression and regulation genes in salt stress early stages and also the salt-inducible genes identification and function analyses.Meanwhile,we also discussed the issues in the current researches and made a prospect on the development trends in the future.
