摘要
猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)是猪圆环病毒相关疾病的主要病原体,给世界养猪业造成了巨大的经济损失。随着分子生物学的发展,PCV2的研究取得了显著进展。本文综述了PCV2的遗传变异和病毒进化的研究进展,旨在为业界更好地了解PCV2的分子流行病学、控制策略,更能为新型疫苗的设计研发提供参考。
Porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2) is considered the major etiological agent of porcine circovirus associated-diseases(PCVAD) that causes large economic losses for the swine industry in the world. With the development of molecular biology, the research of PCV2 has made significant progress in recent years. There is a review of the research progress of PCV2 genetic variation and evolution, and with aim of contributing to understanding the molecular epidemiology, control measures and the design and development of novel vaccines for PCV2.
