摘要
目的探讨性病检验报告专业管理模式的有效性。方法选择2012年1月~2014年12月门诊的779例性病标记为新模式组,2010年1月~2011年12月门诊的720例性病标记为旧模式组,比较两组病例的疫情报告和梅毒筛查诊治等管理指标的变化。结果新模式组的梅毒、淋病和生殖器沙眼衣原体感染报告及时率和完整率、梅毒分型诊断准确率和梅毒治疗完成率、淋病/生殖道沙眼衣原体感染患者梅毒筛查率和治疗完成率都明显高于旧模式组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论性病检验报告专业管理模式可以提高性病报告质量和梅毒筛查诊治效果,值得向各医疗机构推广。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of specialized management mode of inspection report on sexually transmitted diseases（STD）.Methods From January 2012 to December 2014,779 outpatients with STD were labeled as the new model group.From January 2010 to December 2011,720 STD patients were identified as the old model group.The change of management indicators like epidemic report and syphilis screening and treatment in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results In the new model group,the timely and integrated rate of reporting syphilis,gonorrhea and genital chlamydia trachomatis infection,the diagnostic accuracy rate of syphilis typing and its accomplishing rate,and syphilis screening rate from patients suffering from gonorrhea/chlamydia trachomatis infection in genital tract and completion rate of treatment were all much higher than those in the old model group with statistical differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Specialized management mode of inspection report on STD can improve the quality of STD reports and syphilis screening as well as its effect of diagnosis and treatment,which is worthy of promotion to the medical institutions.
