摘要
针对目前视频图像缩放领域对实时性以及可重配置功能的需求,提出并设计了一种基于FPGA的可重配置视频缩放系统。设计采用双线性插值算法,以及时钟动态重配置技术,能够满足1 080 p分辨率高清视频的实时缩放,并能通过串口实现时钟的动态配置,达到实时切换输出分辨率的目的。
