摘要 根据水处理厂工艺流程及控制要求,本文提出了水处理厂监控系统的设计方案。应用组态软件设计了监控系统,组态了系统的硬件通讯架构。系统采用PC+PLC分布式结构,以PLC为下位机,以组态王软件编写监控界面,PLC与上位机采用Profibus现场总线通信,实现对现场设备的实时监控。系统具有自动运行、远程操作、报警、数据曲线显示、报表生成等功能,并能显示水处理厂工艺流程和现场设备运行情况。 According to the technological process and control requirements of water treatment plant, the paper conducts the design scheme of monitoring system for water treatment plant. The configuration software is used to design the monitoring system, and the communication architecture of the system is configured. The system uses PC + PLC distributed structure and PLC as the guest computer to configure the king software to write monitoring interface. By means of Profibus, PLC and the host computer communicate with the field to realize the real-time monitoring of the field devices. The system has such functions as automatic operation, remote operation, alarm, data curve display, report generating, and can display water treatment process and field equipment operation.
