小儿心电图T波改变的原因与临床分析

The cause and clinical analysis of T wave changes in children with electrocardiogram

摘要 目的探索小儿心电图T波改变的原因。方法选择我院在2015年9月至2016年9月期间收治的100例心电图T波改变患儿为此次研究对象,对本次患儿临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结患儿心电图T波改变的原因。结果导致患儿并发心电图T波改变的原因为心脏功能紊乱、呼吸道感染、心肌炎、B受体功能兴奋、中毒、呼气频繁。同时100例心电图T波改变患儿中,73例患儿存在早搏现象,5例存在交界性早搏,33例存在房性早搏,35例存在室性早搏,其中30.14%的患儿属于偶发,67.12%的患儿属于频发,2.74%的患儿并行心率。结论对于心电图T波改变患儿,应加强早搏情况、T波改变情况分析,必要时可进行心肌酶谱检测,从而及早发现患儿病因,加强临床治疗。 Objective To explore the causes of T wave changes in children's electrocardiogram. Methods 100 cases of children with T wave of ECG in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected as the research object. The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed,and the causes of the changes of T wave in ECG were summarized. Results The changes of T wave in children caused by cardiac dysfunction,respiratory tract infection,myocarditis,B receptor function,intoxication,frequent expiratory. At the same time,100 cases of ECG T wave changes in children,73 cases are premature phenomenon,5 cases of borderline beats,33 cases with atrial premature beat,35 cases of ventricular premature beat,30. 14% of them are sporadic,67. 12% children belonging to 2. 74% children with frequent,parallel heart rate. Conclusion The electrocardiogram T wave changes in children,should strengthen the premature,T wave change analysis,when necessary,myocardial enzyme spectrum detection,thus early detection of children with etiology,strengthen clinical treatment.
