摘要
为进一步提高倾角传感器的测量精度,分析了温度对于传感器的影响,从整体结构和测量过程出发,重点分析了温度对于测量单元加速度计以及处理单元模数转换器的影响,并通过实验进行验证。在此基础上,采用最小二乘法和分段线性化相结合的温度误差补偿方法,通过实验证明该补偿方法可明显降低温度对角度测量的影响,具有很好的补偿效果。
In order to increase the measuring accuracy of tilt sensor much further, the influence of temperature on sensors is analyzed. From the points of overall structure and measuring process, the influence of temperature on accelerometers in measuring units and ADCs in signal processing units is analyzed mainly, and the conclusions are verified by experiments. On this basis, the temperature error compensation with the least squares method and piece wise linear method combined is used. The experiment results show that the compensation method can reduce the impact of temperature on tilt measurement obviously, and has a good compensation effect.
