摘要
作为国家首批军队中小医院住院医师规范化培训基地,本院坚持从强化教学意识、规范教学制度出发,逐步完善师资力量建设、配套资源投入、特色课程设置、生活服务保障等要素,全力打造具有军队中小医院特色的住院医师规范化培训基地。
As one of the first batch of medium-small sized military hospitals to provide standardized training to residents,our hospital built a resident standardized training base with characteristics of medium-small sized military hospital by enhancing the teaching awareness,standardizing teaching policy,perfecting teaching resource construction,investing on supporting resources investment,setting characteristic courses and guaranteeing life service.
