摘要
目的利用PDCA循环评价北京大学深圳医院优先及合理使用基本药物干预措施的实施效果,为推进实施国家基本药物制度提供数据支持和理论依据。方法制定推行一系列优先及合理使用基本药物制度落实的计划和措施,各项干预方案利用PDCA循环原理策略来开展,考察北京大学深圳医院实施措施后基本药物使用情况的变化及效果。结果 2016年10月开始全面推行优先及合理使用基本药物的干预措施后,第四季度病区10月、11月、12月的基本药物金额占比分别为30.68%、31.36%、31.84%,与第三季度相比明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);门诊10月、11月、12月的基本药物金额占比分别为36.88%、38.05%、38.60%,与第三季度相比有所提高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);全院10月、11月、12月的基本药物金额占比分别为34.86%、35.21%、35.66%,与第三季度相比明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院实施基本药物相关干预措施的效果明显,PDCA循环有效促进了基本药物的优先及合理使用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the intervention measures in promoting prior and rational use of essential medicine in the hospital by PDCA cycle,and to provide data support and theoretical basis for the full implementation and improvement of national essential medicine system in China. Methods A series of plans and measures about the use and prescription of essential medicine were formulated and carried out. PDCA cycle was applied to strengthen the implementation of all intervention plans,so as to observe and analyze the change of the prescription of essential medicine. Results Since the implementation of the intervention measures in October,2016,compared with the third quarter,the proportion of usage amount of essential medicine in wards in the fourth quarter was significantly higher,and the data of the two groups were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）; and the proportion of usage amount of essential medicine in the outpatient clinic was increased,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）; and the proportion of usage amount of essential medicine in the whole hospital was significantly higher,and the data of the two groups were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of the implementation of the intervention measures of essential medicine is obvious,and the PDCA cycle is effective to promote the prior and rational use of essential medicine in the hospital.
