摘要
科技管理共享服务平台的建设要满足政府科技部门的科技资源管理和科技成果转化服务。平台的建立可以提高科技创新服务资源整合,完善机制建立和服务社会的能力提升。通过对鸡西市科技管理共享服务平台建设内容、必要性、任务目标、服务社会的功能和科技部门主要职能的分析研究,提出了鸡西市科技管理共享服务平台的建设思路和模式架构,力求构建基于科技成果共享和科技技术、市场、信息、知识、人才、政策、管理一体化的创新科技管理共享服务模式。
The construction of science and technology management shared services platform should meet the need for technology resources management and technology transfer services, which can promote the integration of the sci - tech innovation resources and improve the capacity - building of serving the community . Based on analysis of the necessity, the goal and the main functions of technology platform, this paper puts forward some suggestions on structure of Jixi Science and Technology Management Sharing Serv- ice Platform. The goal is to integrate the innovative teehnology management shared service model with technological achievements sharing platform ,including technology market information, knowledge, talent, policy, technology management model.
