摘要
介绍了一种基于GIS(Geographic Information System)的电缆及通道信息管控平台,并研究了其实际应用,通过对不同设备、电缆段及通道的数据信息需求,分析了数据采集质量的影响因素。提出了适用于不同现场的空间位置信息与管线信息的探测方法,并对各种方法进行了说明,分析了其适用的环境与优缺点。以江苏省盐城市区电缆实际需求为例,对电缆及通道中发现的问题与缺陷进行归纳、消除。试验表明,平台的各项性能指标满足实际需求。
This paper introduced a cable and channel data management system based on GIS(Geographic Information System)and examined its practicality to satisfy the individualized information requirements for various devices. It also analyzed the influence factors that affected the quality of data collection by means of different information requirements for different instruments, cables and channels, and proposed the detection methods for the location information and pipeline information for different sites. In addition, it analyzed merits and drawbacks of each method, and proposed effective suggestions for improvement. At last, it generalized the problems about the cable and channel and found the solution to them. Experiments revealed that the various performance and index could meet the actual needs in the system.
