摘要
通过7 m^3聚合釜系统小试及14 m^3聚合釜系统中试的探索研究,优化了产品配方,采用低温聚合+扩链剂法实现了HPVC在105 m^3聚合釜上的工业化生产。
Through the exploration and research on small scale test in 7-m^3 polymerizer system and pilot test in 14-m^3 polymerizer system, the production formula was optimized. Then HPVC was industri- ally produced in 105-m^3 polymerizer by low temperature polymerization and chain extender method.
