摘要
为降低屋面工程渗漏率,从制定标准规范入手,提出树立"以排为主"的思想。采用结构找坡、加大屋面坡度、对种植屋面的结构层采用防水混凝土,当屋面结构不能采用结构找坡时,应在屋面上增设坡屋顶的做法,才是大幅度改善屋面防水功能的正确选择。
In order to reduce the leakage rate of roof engineering,this paper puts forward the idea of ＇taking the platoon as the main factor＇ from the development of the standard.Some methods are put forward which are the right choice to greatly improve the roof waterproof function,including applying structural slope,increasing roof slope,applying waterproof concrete for planting roof structure layer,and when the roof structure can not adopt the structural slope,the slope roof should be added on the roof.
