摘要 江苏在艺术创作工作中运用政策杠杆,激发基层文艺院团的创作活力;坚持聚焦社会现实题材,发挥基层文艺院团贴近生活的创作优势;突出地域特色,彰显基层院团的艺术个性;形成整体合力,推动基层院团的可持续发展;打造多项品牌展览,全力推动美术创作迈上新台阶。在艺术创作中,坚持弘扬主旋律,反对不良文化;坚持扎根人民,反对脱离生活;坚持就地取材培养人才,反对大腕效应;坚持精益求精,反对急功近利;坚持社会效益优先,反对唯市场论;坚持德艺双馨,反对追名逐利;坚持艺术作品走出去、卖出去,反对出国镀金、租场演出;坚持舞台艺术和书画艺术两手抓两手都要硬。 In recent years, as regards for art creation, Jiangsu province has carefully designed and sufficiently adopted policy, efficiently inspired the primary - level troupes' creative vigor. And it persisted in paying attention to social practical material, and highlight the regional cultural features, and advocate and inherit excellent and historical cul- tural tradition, and according to concrete conditions, it adjusted various resource advantages, and integrating the his- torical features and traditional advantages, it made multiple brand exhibitions. In addition, through works, talents are cultivated and a nice collective effect of talent cultivation has been formed. To conclude, good experiences includes advocating mainstream, yet opposing bad culture, rooting in people, yet opposing abandoning life, social effect but not economic effect comes first, adopting local materials to cultivate talents, yet opposing big shots effect, keeping im- proving, yet opposing seeking instant benefits, advocating the integration between moralities and techniques, yet op- posing seeking fame, advocating art works going out and selling out, yet opposing going abroad for fame or renting places to perform, advocating grasping stage art and calligraphy art at the same time.
