摘要
考察了反渗透膜(RO)和纳滤膜(NF)在化学镀镍清洗水处理中的应用,研究了操作温度、运行时间、操作压力及浓缩倍数对产水流速和产水电导率的影响。构建了纳滤-反渗透膜系统,先利用纳滤膜浓缩清洗水,继而以反渗透膜处理纳滤膜产水。该系统在20 ℃,RO操作压力3.5 MPa,NF操作压力2.0 MPa的条件下,可将电导率为5790μS/cm的化学镀镍清洗水浓缩4倍,回收率约75%。
Abstract: The application of reverse osmosis (RO) and nanofiltration (NF) membranes to treatment of rinsing water discharged from electroless nickel plating process was studied. The effects of operating temperature and pressure, running time and cycle of concentration on flow rate and conductivity of the outflow were discussed. A NF-RO membrane system was constructed, by which the rinsing water is concentrated by nanofiltration membrane initially, and the outflow of NF is then treated by reverse osmosis membrane. The rinsing water with a conductivity of 5 790μS/cm discharged from electroless nickel plating is able to be concentrated 4 times, achieving a recovery rate of ca.75%, by the system at operating temperature 20℃ and operating pressure 3.5 MPa for RO and 2.0 MPa for NF.
