孙光荣教授以"高精"教育为导向,提出新一代中医临床骨干人才要"精读经典,一本垫底旁通诸家;精通临证,一科独秀旁通诸证;精研师学,一师全承旁通诸派;精工授受,一术贯通旁通诸术",为中医药人才培养与中医药事业发展提供了指明灯。
In the thought of "high-ability" education, the Chinese Medicine Master SUN Guang-rong insisls that the new generation of Chinese medicine clinical backbone must do font things, which provide a beacon for the training of Chinese medicine talents and the development of traditional Chinese medicine: (1) read one book of TCM classics carefully, which would help to understand other TCM classics; (2) be proficient in one clinical department of syndrome differentiation, which would be used in other clinical departments; (3) study the teacher's experience seriously, which would help to know other TCM Academic Schools; (4) be master of a TCM technology method, and also be familiar with other TCM treatments.
