摘要
研究了一次淬火、二次淬火和回火对工程机械用钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明:热轧态试验钢中的铁素体呈现出板条状形态,M/A岛则主要分布在奥氏体晶界和铁素体边界上;经过一次淬火处理后,工程机械用钢呈现出板条贝氏体形态,内部亚结构是高密度的位错缠结构成的位错胞;热轧态试验钢中的奥氏体含量约4.23%,经过一次淬火处理后试验钢中残留奥氏体基本消失;经过两次淬火和回火后,工程机械用钢获得了板条贝氏体组织以及弥散析出的细小颗粒状ε-Cu相;740~780℃二次淬火+500~560℃回火处理后,试验钢的力学性能满足工程机械用钢指标要求,且屈强比保持在0.86左右。
Effects of once quenching,donble quenching and tempering heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of steel for engineering machinery were studied. The results show that,the ferrite in hot rolled steel shows a plate-like morphology,M/A island is mainly distributed in the grain boundary of austenite and ferrite boundary. After once quenching treatment,engineering machinery steel show slab bainite morphology,internal substructure is a dislocation cell with high density of dislocations; austenite content in hot rolled steel is about 4. 23%,the residual austenite of the steel is largely disappeared. After double quenching and tempering,the experimental steel obtained lath bainite microstructure and precipitate fine granular ε-Cu phase. After second quenching at 740-780 ℃ and tempering at 500-560 ℃,the mechanical properties of the test steel can meet the requirements of the steel used in construction machinery,and the yield ratio is maintained at about 0. 86.
