摘要
以某型火炮摇架为研究对象,基于火炮摇架结构本身特点和承载特性,在力学分析基础上利用有限元法对火炮后坐过程中的摇架动态响应进行了仿真计算和数值模拟,并通过拓扑优化设计理论和方法对摇架结构进行了优化设计。优化后的摇架结构在保证强度的基础上,实现了结构优化和轻量化设计的目的。
Taking certain type cradle as research target, based on gun cradle structure feature and bearing feature, carry out simulation calculation and numerical simulation the dynamic response of the cradle by finite element method based on mechanical analysis, and use topology optimization design theory and method to carry out optimization design for cradle structure. The optimization cradle structure can reach the requirements of structure optimization and light weight design by ensuring intensity.
