摘要
通过分析谷歌地球影像的偏移问题,提出两种纠偏方法,一是通过"约束"配准将偏移量强行纠正;二是通过"迭代"方式,逐次用新值代替旧值,这样辗转递推、重复操作,一次一次逼近所希望的精度。为避免高清影像整体消隐、局部可用的缺陷,可以通过叠加图层的方法,实现不同层次窗口的读图目的。高清影像技术在质量保证体系中愈发显示出其优势,同时对促使HSE体系稳健运行发挥出显著的作用。
Based on the analysis of the deviation of the Google earth image, two correction methods are proposed: the first is to force cor- recting through constraint; the second is to successively approach the desired accuracy through iteration. In order to avoid the HD image whole hiding or partially available, the HD image can be read at different levels of windows through overlaying multiple map layers. HD image plays more and more important roles in quality assurance system and the stable and healthy operation of HSE system.
