不同表面活性剂作用下纳米FeOOH的合成与表征 被引量:1

Synthesis and characterization of nanostructural FeOOH with different surfactants

摘要 基于表面活性剂和天然聚合物调控下制备晶型稳定和形貌特殊的纳米羟基氧化铁(FeOOH)颗粒,采用X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪和透射电镜,系统地探讨了不同表面活性剂作用下FeCl_3溶液在pH=11及40℃下水浴陈化24h形成铁矿物的晶型及结构形貌.结果表明:Fe(Ⅲ)经水解中和可形成针铁矿(α-FeOOH)纳米颗粒;各产物中α-FeOOH的晶型、颗粒尺寸和形貌结构差异不明显,证实了阴离子、阳离子和非离子表面活性剂所带电荷对形成的同一矿相产物没有影响;DTAB、AEO-3P、SDBS、F127和Tween80作用下形成的产物中还含有结晶性较差的水铁矿相,表明表面活性剂所含基团会抑制水铁矿向针铁矿转化;含相同基团的阳离子表面活性剂的链长对形成产物α-FeOOH没有影响. Due to the fact that iron oxyhydroxide (FeOOH) nanostructures with stable phase and special morphology can usually be controlled to form by addition of surfactants and natural poly- mers, using X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared spectroscopy (IR) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) methods, the author explores the differences in crystal structure and morphology of the iron oxyhydroxides from surfactant-containing FeCl3 solutions (pH= 11) aging at 40℃ for 24 hours. Results show that nanostructural α-FeOOH can be formed by hydrolysis and neutralization of ferric ion. It is found testified that anionic, cationic, nonionic surfactants with various surface charges have hardly influence on the products with the same phase, basing on little difference in the crystalline phase, particle size and morphology for all α-FeOOH products. Additionally, it is shown that surface groups of the surfactants can inhibit ferrihydrite transformation into a-FeOOH, according to the formed poor crystal phase of ferrihydrite in presence of DTAB, AEO-3P, SDBS, F127 and Tween80, and chain length of the cationic surfactants with the same groups has little effect on the formed products.
