太阳电池质量检验统计分析技术的应用研究

摘要 阐述了质量统计分析的两种方法(描述性统计分析技术与推断性统计分析技术),根据单晶硅太阳电池焊接前后电性能测试样本数据,利用统计分析技术对总体电流衰减情况进行估计,进行不同扩散工艺与电池性能影响规律性的多元回归拟合分析,说明了统计分析技术在太阳电池质量检验中的实用价值,证明对电池质量检验数据的挖掘分析将有助于提升检验水平,找出产品质量波动规律,促进产品质量的提升。 Two kinds of quality statistical analysis methods were introduced, including descriptive statistical analysis technology and the inferential statistical analysis technology. Based on the electrical performance test sample data of monocrystalline silicon solar cell before and after welding, the statistical analysis technology was used to estimate the attenuation situation of overall current. The multiple regression fitting analysis for the influence regularity between different diffusion processes and cell performance was conducted. The practical value in the solar cell quality inspection of the statistical analysis technology was illustrated, proving that the mining and analysis of the battery quality inspection data are helpful to enhance the inspection level, find out the product quality variation rule and promote product quality.
