摘要
文献资产管理是图书馆服务的基础,纸质文献资产和数字文献资产是图书馆最重要的文献资产,其中数字资产比重越来越大。精细化的服务和严格的资产管理要求图书馆提高文献资产的管理水平。文章讨论文献资产管理概念、研究和实践现状;以重庆大学图书馆为例,分析构建在元数据仓储上的文献资产管理原则、文献元数据、文献资产馆藏号设计,解析文献元数据收割与整理,分析文献资产管理系统设计。
Document assets management is an important fundamental library service. Printed and digital resources are the most important assets in the library, among which the proportion of digital assets is increasing. Due to intensive services and strict asset management; libraries are demanded to improve the management of their document assets. This paper discusses the concept, the studies and the practice of document assets management. Taking the Library of Chongqing University as an example, this paper analyzes the principles of document asset management on the basis of metadata warehouse, document metadata, and library collection design; illustrates the document metadata harvesting ＆ processing, and the system design of document asset management.
