摘要
该文针对原气化炉表面测温系统存在的问题,通过对现有几种表面测温方式的优缺点及适用性进行对比,最终选用XDB-WRKK-A新型表面测温热电偶,进行系统的升级改造。热电偶投用后,气化炉表面测温系统运行稳定,指示精确,为工艺提供准确的测量数据做参考,能够及时发现并消除设备隐患,保证气化炉的安全运行。
Aiming at the problems of the surface temperature monitoring system of the original gasifier,it compared with advantages,disadvantages and applicability of existing several surface temperature measurement methods. XDBWRKK-A new surface temperature measuring thermocouple is used to upgrade the system.The system runs stably and accurately.It provides accurate measurement data provide a reference for process.It can find and eliminate the hidden trouble of the equipment in time,to ensure the safe operation of gasifier.
