摘要
联合参考咨询可以定义为一种馆际间的协作或联合,咨询馆员的知识协同及其和读者之间的同步响应关乎其成功与失败。文章针对联合参考咨询如何利用知识协同方法缩小咨询馆员之间的知识水平差异,如何利用同步响应机制增加读者的同步互动体验两个方面,探讨了知识协同的管理策略和同步响应的保障原则,以期突破联合参考咨询的瓶颈制约。
The collaborative reference service can be defined as a kind of inter - library cooperation or collaboration, and from reference librarians' knowledge cooperation and synchronous response between librarians and readers are related to its success and failure. In this paper, the author discusses how to narrowing the differences of reference librarians' knowledge level from the aspects of knowledge cooperative methods, and how to increase experience of readers synchronous interactive from the aspects of synchronous response mechanism, and discusses the management strategy of knowledge collaboration and the guarantee principle of synchronous response, in order to break through the bottleneck restriction of the collaborative reference service.
