Si/Ba比对钙钛锆石-钡硼硅酸盐玻璃陶瓷结构的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Si/Ba Ratio on Structure of Zirconolite-Barium Borosilicate Glass-Ceramics

摘要 采用熔融-热处理法制备SiO_2-B_2O_3-Ba O-Na_2O-CaO-ZrO_2-TiO_2体系钙钛锆石玻璃陶瓷,利用差热分析法(DTA)、傅氏转换红外线光谱分析仪(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等技术手段研究了不同Si/Ba比(1~10)对该体系玻璃陶瓷晶相和显微结构的影响。结果表明:随着Si/Ba比的增加,玻璃[SiO_4]四面体增多,[BO_3]三角体减少,玻璃转变温度略有升高,晶体生长温度在800~950℃范围内;当Si/Ba=1时,主晶相为Ba_2TiSi_2O_8,次要晶相为CaZrTi2O7,样品致密性较差;随着Si/Ba比增大,Ba2TiSi2O8相基本消失,长条状的CaZrTi_2O_7晶体增多;当Si/Ba比增加到6时,有明显的CaTiSiO_5晶相生成;块状的CaTiSiO_5晶体随着Si/Ba比进一步增加逐渐增多。 Glass-ceramics belonging to SiO2-B203-BaO-Na20-CaO-ZrO2-TiO2 system were prepared by a meltingheat treatment method. The differential thermal analysis (DTA), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to study the effect of Si/Ba ratio on the crystalline phases and microstructure of zirconolite-barium borosllicate glass-ceramics. The results show that the [SiO4] increases while [BO3] decreases with the increase of Si/Ba ratio. The glass transition temperature Tg increases slightly and the crystallization temperatures are in the range of 800 - 950 ℃ . The primary crystalline phase of Ba2TiSi208 and secondary crystalline phase of CaZrTi207 are observed for the sample Si/Ba=1, which possesses a poor density. With the increase of si/ba ratio, the Ba2TiSi208 phase disappeared, and the CaZrTi207 crystalline phase with strip-shaped increased~ When the Si/Ba ratio increases to 6, obvious CaTiSiO5 crystalline phase appears; The amount of CaTiSiO5 crystalline phase with tabular-shaped increases with increasing Si/Ba ratio.
