摘要
目的探讨心理护理在四手操作乳牙一次性根管治疗中的应用效果。方法选取96例(96颗乳牙)患儿作为研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患儿给予四手操作和常规护理,观察组在此治疗的基础上给予心理护理干预,比较两组患者疼痛程度、心理恐惧程度及治疗过程中的依从性。结果观察组患儿疼痛发生率、心理恐惧感发生率与对照组相比显著降低,观察组患儿治疗过程中的依从性较对照组显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四手操作配合心理护理应用于乳牙一次性根管治疗可显著降低患儿的疼痛感,减少治疗过程中出现的恐惧,同时提高治疗过程中的依从性,提高治疗效果。
Objective ： To analyze the effect of four-hand operation and psychological nursing in primary root canal therapy of deciduous teeth. Methods ： Ninety-six children were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly. The control group was given four-hand operation and routine nursing, while the observation group also had the treatment based on the psychological intervention. The degree of pain, the degree of psychological fear and the compliance in the course of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results： The incidence of pain and mental fear in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Four-hand operation and psychological nursing can significantly reduce the pain in children＇s primary root canal therapy, reduce the fear in the course of treatment, improve the compliance in the course of treatment, improve the treatment effect and speed up the children＇s rehabilitation, which is worth promoting.
